The apartments Villa NODARI have been recently renovated (during 2018) and are situated in the central area of Lignano Sabbiadoro, only 100 mt from the beach and near the “Doggy Beach”.
All 8 apartments are well furnished and equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning, armoured door, microwave, large fridge with freezer compartment and electric coffee machine.
Washing machine at disposal of the guests and 1 reserved parking place per apartment (no Suv and minibus) behind the house or about 800 metres away.
"Light" WIFI (no streaming / no download) on request, extra to pay (to be booked in advance).

Final cleaning: is not included - compulsory charge to pay at arrival of Euro 40,00. "Final cleaning" means disinfecting the bathroom, kitchen, checking the cupboards, cleaning floors and surfaces, changing mattress covers and pillowcases. The flats must be left tidy. The cost of cleaning dishes, pots, pans, etc. that need to be washed or rubbish left in the flats, or dirt on the furniture, will be deducted from the deposit;
Beach service: is not included;
Deposit: €100.00 per apartment. For groups of young people (average age under 28), the required deposit is €500.00 per apartment. During Pentecost week (21/05–28/05), the required deposit is €800.00 per apartment (excluding families composed of parents and children);
Bed linen: included - weekly change;
Bath towels: not included - customers must bring the own towels;
