Description:
The VENUS apartments are located in a building in central area, along the pedestrian boulevard of Lignano Sabbiadoro, about 80 meters from the sea.
The VENUS holiday home has been recently renovated with attention to detail to ensure a comfortable stay.
The flats are equipped with security door, TV, air conditioning, safe, dishwasher, large fridge with separate freezer compartment, american coffee machine.
One numbered parking space is available for each apartment.
Laundry corner with washing machine for common use.
"Light" WIFI (no streaming / no download) on request, extra charge (to be booked in advance and paid for on arrival).
Nearest beach office: n° 6 and 7.

Final cleaning: is not included - compulsory charge to pay at arrival of Euro 40,00. "Final cleaning" means disinfecting the bathroom, kitchen, checking the cupboards, cleaning floors and surfaces, changing mattress covers and pillowcases. The flats must be left tidy. The cost of cleaning dishes, pots, pans, etc. that need to be washed or rubbish left in the flats, or dirt on the furniture, will be deducted from the deposit;
Beach service: is not included;
Deposit: €100.00 per apartment. For groups of young people (average age under 28), the required deposit is €500.00 per apartment. During Pentecost week (21/05–28/05), the required deposit is €800.00 per apartment (excluding families composed of parents and children);
Bed linen: included - weekly change;
Bath towels: not included - customers must bring the own towels;
