Description:
The new construction MARE (2012) with biocompatible characteristics, is situated in the centre of Lignano Sabbiadoro at about 50 m from the beach.
The building is composed of 10 apartments, in a 5 floors building with lift, all are modern furnished with SAT-TV, air conditioning and heating, safe, reinforced door, microwave, refrigerator with freezer-cell, american coffee-machine, espresso machine (pods), kettle, hair dryer in the bathroom, dishwasher and washing-machine.
One parking place assigned for each one apartment, at about 100 m distance.
3 free "light" Wi-Fi internet access (no streaming / no download) per apartment.

Final cleaning: is not included - compulsory charge to pay at arrival of Euro 40,00. "Final cleaning" means disinfecting the bathroom, kitchen, checking the cupboards, cleaning floors and surfaces, changing mattress covers and pillowcases. The flats must be left tidy. The cost of cleaning dishes, pots, pans, etc. that need to be washed or rubbish left in the flats, or dirt on the furniture, will be deducted from the deposit.
Beach service: is not included;
Deposit: Euro 100,00 per apartment; for groups of young people (average age up to 28 years) the deposit required will be Euro 500.00 per flat;
Bed linen: included - with change once per week;
Bath towels: not included - customers must bring the own towels;

The Tourist tax is not included and must be paid upon arrival on spot (2023 - € 0,70 /person / night from 12 years old - calculated for max. 10 nights). |
