Description:
The building apartments LUNA is a big apartment-complex of 7 floors served by lifts, divided into 4 blocks, which develops from Piazzale City until the promenade of Lignano Sabbiadoro, between Via Millefiori and Via Lilienfeld, near the free beach and the centre.
The 4 entrances are distant from about 50 m to about 150 m from the sea. On the ground floor there are shops, bars, newspapers and cycle and motorbike hire.
All flats are equipped with air conditioning, TV, microwave, safe, American coffee machine and furnished balcony (sometimes with sea view).
Parking space about 200/400 m away.
"Light" WIFI (no streaming / no downloading) on request, extra charge (to be booked in advance).

Final cleaning: is not included - compulsory charge to pay at arrival of Euro 40,00. "Final cleaning" means disinfecting the bathroom, kitchen, checking the cupboards, cleaning floors and surfaces, changing mattress covers and pillowcases. The flats must be left tidy. The cost of cleaning dishes, pots, pans, etc. that need to be washed or rubbish left in the flats, or dirt on the furniture, will be deducted from the deposit.
