The cost of cleaning dishes, pots, pans, etc. that need to be washed or rubbish left in the flats, or dirt on the furniture, will be deducted from the deposit;

Deposit: €100.00 per apartment. For groups of young people (average age under 28), the required deposit is €500.00 per apartment. During Pentecost week (21/05–28/05), the required deposit is €800.00 per apartment (excluding families composed of parents and children);
Bed linen: not included - guests must bring their own bed linen;
Bath towels: not included - guests must bring their own towels;
