The small house Villa ALBA composed of 4 apartments, is situated in a quiet area, at about 600 m from the beach and about 400 m from centre of Lignano Pineta.
The apartments can be on first floor or on ground floor and are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, hair dryer in the bathroom and kettle and american coffee-machine.
Fenced common garden enclosed and parking place.

Final cleaning: is not included - compulsory charge to pay at arrival of Euro 40,00. "Final cleaning" means disinfecting the bathroom, kitchen, checking the cupboards, cleaning floors and surfaces, changing mattress covers and pillowcases. The flats must be left tidy. The cost of cleaning dishes, pots, pans, etc. that need to be washed or rubbish left in the flats, or dirt on the furniture, will be deducted from the deposit.
Beach service: is not included;
Deposit: Euro 100,00 per apartment; for groups of young people (average age up to 28 years) the deposit required will be Euro 500.00 per flat;
Bed linen: not included - guests must bring their own bed linen;
