NEW 2022 - (3-room flat on the 3rd floor of block B, accessible for disabled people) consisting of living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, 2 triple bedrooms, 1 bathroom with barrier-free shower, 1 bathroom with shower cubicle. 2 balconies with table and chairs for outdoor meals and deckchairs. - Maximum 8 people
Consumption: gas, water, electricity supply is included;
Final cleaning: is not included - compulsory charge to pay at arrival of Euro 40,00. "Final cleaning" means disinfecting the bathroom, kitchen, checking the cupboards, cleaning floors and surfaces, changing mattress covers and pillowcases. The flats must be left tidy. The cost of cleaning dishes, pots, pans, etc. that need to be washed or rubbish left in the flats, or dirt on the furniture, will be deducted from the deposit.
Beach service: is not included;
Deposit: Euro 100,00 per apartment; for groups of young people (average age up to 28 years) the deposit required will be Euro 500.00 per flat;
Bed linen: included - with change once per week;
Bath towels: not included - customers must bring the own towels;
