Description:
The completely renewed building (2013) FIORE, built on 5 floors with elevator, is situated in the centre of Lignano Sabbiadoro, close to shops and restaurants, at about 150 mt from the beach.
All apartments are furnished with SAT-TV, air conditioning and heating, safe, reinforced door, microwave, refrigerator with freezer-cell, dishwasher, american coffee machine, espresso machine (pods), hair dryer in the bathroom and balcony with outdoor dining furniture.
Washing machine for common use. Numbered and reserved parking place (inside of House's yard), otherwise at about 300 m guarded and covered parking place.
Between the first and second floors (no lift, approx. 20 steps) is an outdoor relaxation area consisting of a sun terrace and a pool (7m x 3m) with a depth of 1.20m, 3 lumbar hydromassage stations and a waterfall for the neck.
3 free "light" Wi-Fi internet access (no streaming / no download) per apartment.

Final cleaning: is not included - compulsory charge to pay at arrival of Euro 40,00. "Final cleaning" means disinfecting the bathroom, kitchen, checking the cupboards, cleaning floors and surfaces, changing mattress covers and pillowcases. The flats must be left tidy. The cost of cleaning dishes, pots, pans, etc. that need to be washed or rubbish left in the flats, or dirt on the furniture, will be deducted from the deposit.
Beach service: is not included;
Deposit: Euro 100,00 per apartment; for groups of young people (average age up to 28 years) the deposit required will be Euro 500.00 per flat;
Bed linen: included - with change once per week;
Bath towels: not included - customers must bring the own towels;
