The completely renewed building (2013) VERDE, built on 7 floors with elevator, is situated at about 50 m. from the beach of Lignano Sabbiadoro, nearby to the center and shops and restaurants.
All apartments are furnished with reinforced door, air conditioning, satellite TV, safe, microwave, refrigerator with freezer-cell, hair dryer in the bathroom and american coffee machine.
Laundry corner with washing machine for common use and private parking (no Suv and minibus).
3 free "Light" WIFI (no streaming / no download) internet access per apartment.
Nearest beach office: n° 2 and 3.
On the top floor of the building there is a sun terrace with sun beds for common use (exclusive for the guests of the flats type C6x).

Final cleaning: is not included - compulsory charge to pay at arrival of Euro 40,00. "Final cleaning" means disinfecting the bathroom, kitchen, checking the cupboards, cleaning floors and surfaces, changing mattress covers and pillowcases. The flats must be left tidy. The cost of cleaning dishes, pots, pans, etc. that need to be washed or rubbish left in the flats, or dirt on the furniture, will be deducted from the deposit.
Beach service: is not included;
Deposit: Euro 100,00 per apartment; for groups of young people (average age up to 28 years) the deposit required will be Euro 500.00 per flat;
Bed linen: included - with change once per week;
Bath towels: not included - customers must bring the own towels;
