The residential building is spread over 10 floors with apartments for rent served by a comfortable lift. The external structure is characterized by protruding bodies and elegant finishes that recall the bow of a ship.
Each holiday apartment is well cared for and equipped with the best comforts: security door, safe, air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, microwave oven, washing machine, large fridge with separate freezer compartment and american coffee machine.
There is also a reserved parking space per apartment.
"Light" WIFI (no streaming / no download) on request, extra charge (to be booked in advance and paid for on arrival).

Final cleaning: is not included - compulsory charge to pay at arrival of Euro 40,00. "Final cleaning" means disinfecting the bathroom, kitchen, checking the cupboards, cleaning floors and surfaces, changing mattress covers and pillowcases. The flats must be left tidy. The cost of cleaning dishes, pots, pans, etc. that need to be washed or rubbish left in the flats, or dirt on the furniture, will be deducted from the deposit.

Deposit: Euro 100,00 per apartment - for groups of young people (average age up to 28 years) the deposit is Euro 500,00 / apartment - at Pentecost (04/06-11/06) the deposit is Euro 800,00 / apartment (excluding families composed of parents and children);
