The RESIDENZA EDDA apartments are located in Lignano Sabbiadoro, at about 100 meters from the beach, near the pedestrian avenue, shops and restaurants.
It is an elegant building with lift, recently built (2015-2016), close to the beach, located in a peaceful setting ideal for a comfortable and relaxing holiday.
The house RESIDENZA EDDA is characterized by two-room and three-room apartments with balconies, some with sea view.
Each holiday accommodation is modernly furnished and equipped with the best comforts: air conditioning, electric shutters, security door, safe, dishwasher, washing machine, satellite TV, microwave oven, large fridge with freezer compartment, hairdryer, american coffee machine and kettle.
The "Light Wi-Fi" (no streaming / no download) is available on request.
Reserved parking space at about 800 meters (no minibus)

Final cleaning: is not included - compulsory charge to pay at arrival of Euro 40,00. "Final cleaning" means disinfecting the bathroom, kitchen, checking the cupboards, cleaning floors and surfaces, changing mattress covers and pillowcases. The flats must be left tidy. The cost of cleaning dishes, pots, pans, etc. that need to be washed or rubbish left in the flats, or dirt on the furniture, will be deducted from the deposit.
Beach service: is not included;
Deposit: Euro 100,00 per apartment; for groups of young people (average age up to 28 years) the deposit required will be Euro 500.00 per flat;
Bed linen: included - with change once per week;
Bath towels: not included - customers must bring the own towels;
